I will be responsible for setting up and running Anthem European operations. I will use my 14 years of Life Sciences O2C experience to ensure effective transitions and build an operating team that will partner closely with the Anthem global teams to deliver excellent service and enable digital transformation.
I will be responsible to drive seamless operations for end-to-end processes of Order to Cash along with continuous improvement leveraging digital technology by following 4 guiding principles: improved user experience, process standardisation, value creation, and setting up processes with enhanced controls and compliance for the future.
I will help in managing Finance Shared Services and Contact Centre Operations through seamless transitioning by providing best-in-class services.
I will partner with you to deliver and run seamless operations with a focus on continuous improvement and digital-led transformation to achieve business outcomes.
